Undertake construction and service of the international science and technology cooperation service platform and the overseas scholars' achievements transformation platform; Carry out service of introducing overseas high-level talents; Undertake the planning and organization of activities related to the Heilongjiang Entrepreneurship Fair for Chinese Overseas Scholars; Undertake thepromotion of intergovernmental and non-governmental scientific and technological cooperation services; Undertake the policy research work of international scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges; Undertake the organization, implementation, and publicity of science popularization activities; Provide services for the selection and recommendation of academician reservetalent the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) in our province; Undertake extraterritorial cooperation and the CAS and CAE cooperation services; Provide services for the construction of academician workstations and scientist studios of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in our province;
