Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association, SNAEIA is an international non-profit organization. Under the guidance of the education authorities of the governments from China, Algeria, Egypt, Côte d'Ivoire, Morocco,Tunisia and other countries. With the strong support and joint initiative of domestic and foreign educational institutions, experts in various fields, and many Chinese-funded enterprises in North Africa, SNAEIA already had more than 100 partner units both in China and abroad.

Since its inception, the association has adhered to the "Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association Constitution" and the principles of "voluntary equality, open sharing, cooperative win-win, and innovative development." It has launched a series of projects that are independently designed, implemented, and innovatively developed, such as the co-construction of Overseas Branch Cooperation, "Chinese + Vocational Skills" Training Program, Overseas Admission Base/Foundation Program, International Faculty + Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages Training, creation of international cooperative research platforms, joint organization of international conferences/forums, education for international students in China, North Africa cultural exchange ambassadors, international competitions, and the export and certification of curriculum standards.

During the implementation among these projects well running, the association, together with Chinese and foreign partners, actively explores effective paths for international education, innovates mechanisms for international exchange and cooperation, focuses on regional advantages, development strategies, pillar industries, and talent needs to create an international cooperation platform for vocational education. The association helps partner institutions build high-quality and high-level international vocational schools, exports a number of professional standards and curriculum standards with international influence, develops relevant teaching resources, and not only benchmarks high-quality "import" but also teaches to produce "export"; the association actively creates an international exchange and cooperation service platform for vocational education, collaborates with Chinese and foreign colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with an international perspective and cross-cultural communication ability, supports the implementation of national strategies, and do jointly promote the development of the new era of vocational education.
