On the morning of March 26th, Wang Wei, secretary of the CPC Party Group and director of the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and Du Yun, deputy director of the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, went to the Hubei Provincial Foreign Science and Technology Cooperation Center to inaugurate the China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center, and visited the exhibition room of China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center. Wang Wei pointed out that centering on the implementation of the "Eight Major Actions" of China-Africa cooperation, we should accelerate the substantive operation of China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center and actively build a landmark brand activity of China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center.

  China-Africa Cooperation Innovation Center aims to practice the Belt and Road Initiative and build a community with a shared future for China and Africa. The center will integrate technological innovation elements and technological resources from across the country to build an efficient and practical platform for technology transfer, innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation with African countries. The center will undertake the responsibilities of China-Africa scientific research cooperation, technology transfer, production capacity cooperation, innovation and entrepreneurship. The China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center is lead and managed by the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and operated and implemented by the Hubei Provincial Foreign Science and Technology Cooperation Center.
