一、项目简介
I. Project Introduction
开展非洲国家“太阳能技术及应用国际培训班”是中国科技援外的重要组成部分,也是中国与非洲等地区发展中国家在技术转移与人员交往上的重要体现。“太阳能技术及应用国际培训班”主要针对中国目前先进、实用、适用的太阳能应用技术理论与实践等方面内容,旨在通过理论学习与实践训练相结合、线上与线下相结合,并结合企业调研考察等多元化的培训方式帮助非洲国家培养太阳能技术及应用领域的高端专业技术人才,传授先进适用的太阳能应用技术,提升发展中国家新能源自主创新能力,服务于非洲国家经济和社会发展,为构建人类命运共同体贡献中国方案和中国智慧。
The International Training Course on Solar Energy Technology and Application in African countries is an important part of Chinese scientific and technological aid to foreign countries. It is also an important embodiment of technology transfer and personnel exchanges between China and developing countries in Africa and other regions. The project is mainly aimed at China's current advanced, practical and applicable solar energy application technology theory and practice. It aims to help African countries through the combination of theoretical learning and practical training, online and offline combination, combined with enterprise research and other diversified training methods. The project hopes to help African countries train high-end professional and technical talents in the field of solar energy technology and application, teach advanced and applicable solar energy application technology, enhance the independent innovation capacity of new energy in developing countries, and serve the economic and social development of African countries. Finally, we will contribute Chinese solutions and wisdom to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

培训地点:中国湖北省武汉市湖北工业大学。
培训时间:2024年7月1日—2024年7月20日,共20天。
Venue: Hubei University of Technology, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.
Duration: July 1, 2024 - July 20, 2024, 20 days.
三、拟招学员对象及名额
III. Target group and Enrolment
招收对象:以非洲国家为主,兼顾其它国家。
招收人数:预计20人,若报名人数超过20人,学院将择优录取。
Target group: Mainly African countries, such as Ethiopia, Zambia, South Africa and other countries.
Enrolment: The total number of trainees is about 20. If the number of applicants exceeds 20, the selection will be based on merit.

IV. Teaching Methods and Arrangements
教学方式:聘请太阳能技术领域专家,以线下讲授、线上观摩、案例分析、企业参访和实操实训等相结合的方式进行授课。
Teaching methods: The project plans to hire experts in the field of solar energy technology to teach in a combination of offline teaching, online observation, case analysis, enterprise visits and practical training.

五、结业要求
V. Completion requirement
结合培训内容撰写一篇培训总结(3000字以上)。
Write a training summary (over 3000 words) based on the training content.
六、结业证书
VI. Certificate of completion
完成所有培训课程并按时提交培训总结的学员将获得中国科技部颁发的结业证书。
Participants who have completed all the training courses and submitted the training summary on time will be awarded a certificate of completion by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.
七、费用
Ⅶ. Expenses
本次培训不收取培训费和食宿费(双人标准间)。往返交通费需自理。
There is no training fee, room and board fee for this training(double standard room). The round-trip transport expenses shall be undertaken by the participants.

所有人选一经选定,必须严格按照课程表上课,不许请假缺课!
All candidates who have been selected must attend classes in strict accordance with the class schedule with no excused absences!
